Pilates with Sarah
I studied exercise to music at age 17, I then joined the crazy 80’s, (remember Mr Motivator and the Green Goddess), teaching Step Reebok, Slide Reebok, high impact aerobics, body conditioning and fitness Pilates. I’d found my niche. I continued to work in the leisure industry until I had my family, I taught occasionally as it interrupted family life. I found I couldn’t stay away…so I finally took the leap and retrained, attending the Level 3 Pilates Instructor, followed by a number of other courses culminating with the Level 4 Pilates Practitioner course in London. It’s a privilege to share the principles and techniques of Pilates and I hope to see you in class soon.
